1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kotk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at kotk.win. By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any bet or wager through kotk, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

kotk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at kotk.win/terms-conditions and is identified by its effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the kotk platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing kotk from Bangladesh. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail over any translation or summarised version that may be provided for informational purposes.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

kotk is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any game or service on kotk. This requirement applies uniformly to all players accessing the platform from any district or division of Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other locations.

By registering an account, you declare and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration;
• You are accessing kotk voluntarily, of your own free will and accord;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion scheme that would prohibit your use of online gambling platforms;
• You are acting as principal and not as an agent on behalf of any other person;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

kotk reserves the right to request proof of age documentation from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable period, as communicated by the kotk support team, will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed. If kotk determines that a player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration, the account will be permanently closed and all funds — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — will be permanently forfeited.

2.1 Geographic Eligibility

kotk is designed and operated for adult players based in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of kotk complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. kotk makes no representation that the platform is lawful to use in jurisdictions other than those it actively serves. If local laws in your area prohibit online gambling, you must not use kotk.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To place bets or access real-money games on kotk, you must first register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. kotk may also request residential address information during or after the registration process.

You agree that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination with forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

kotk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of payment methods used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in your registered name).

Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, kotk may restrict certain account functions including withdrawals, bonus claims, and increased deposit limits. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in strict accordance with the kotk Privacy Policy and are used solely for identity verification and compliance purposes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kotk account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to notify the kotk support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. kotk cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the kotk platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. kotk uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, pending bets voided, and balances forfeited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the kotk platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). kotk supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time and will be displayed in the account cashier section.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on kotk is ৳300. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, although kotk may impose individual limits based on account verification status, responsible gaming settings, or risk management requirements. Deposits are credited to your kotk account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider — mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. kotk does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to have originated from a payment account not belonging to the registered kotk account holder may be reversed, and the associated kotk account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified kotk account holders are processed within 1 to 4 hours during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. kotk reserves the right to extend this processing window during periods of high transaction volume or for accounts undergoing additional verification checks.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. kotk does not transfer winnings to third-party payment accounts. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where:

• The account has not completed KYC verification;
• The account is under investigation for potential Terms breach;
• Active bonuses with outstanding wagering requirements are associated with the withdrawal amount;
• The withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to normal account activity and requires additional review.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All balances, bets, and transactions on kotk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. kotk does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Fees imposed by your payment provider are outside kotk's control and are the sole responsibility of the player. For international card transactions (Visa, Mastercard), currency conversion fees may apply depending on your card issuer.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed through kotk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are published within each respective betting or gaming section of the platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules before placing any bet.

5.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the kotk system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. kotk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was made available due to a technical error, where odds were clearly incorrect, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed. Voided bets are returned to the player's available balance at the original stake amount.

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability of markets. kotk makes no guarantee of continuous market availability during live events. Technical interruptions, data feed delays, or match suspensions may result in temporary or permanent suspension of live markets. Where a live bet is accepted and the event is subsequently abandoned before reaching a defined settlement threshold, the bet may be voided in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.

5.2 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket is the primary sport offered on kotk, covering Bangladesh Tigers internationals, Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, and other international tournaments. Cricket bets are subject to the following key rules:

• A minimum number of overs must be completed for a match result to stand — this varies by format (T20, ODI, Test) and is specified on each market;
• Rain interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes are treated as valid results where a result is determined by the relevant governing body;
• Top batsman and top bowler markets are settled based on the official scorecard published by the match governing body;
• Live in-play cricket odds are provided on a best-efforts basis and may be suspended at any time during a match.

5.3 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kotk platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Exploiting known bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors to place bets at incorrect odds;
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, where they constitute an abuse of the platform;
• Placing bets with knowledge of insider information relating to the event outcome;
• Any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the platform to process proceeds of crime.

Where kotk identifies or reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to void affected bets, suspend or permanently close the account, withhold and forfeit balances, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

kotk offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each individual offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific offer terms, the specific offer terms prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all bonuses awarded by kotk are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the individual offer terms.

Games may contribute to bonus wagering requirements at different rates. Typically, slot games contribute at 100% of each wager placed, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in the relevant offer terms. Players should review contribution rates before committing their bonus balance to a particular game type.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

kotk strictly prohibits the abuse of promotional offers. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk or near-zero-variance wagers to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and exploiting referral or affiliate bonus systems through artificial or fraudulent means. Where bonus abuse is identified, kotk reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and close the associated account.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by kotk

kotk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age;
• The account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity;
• The player has made a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate kotk transaction;
• kotk is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory instruction;
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, kotk reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, kotk may forfeit the balance in its entirety.

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your kotk account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with these Terms, and any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing checks. Closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be processed with priority — please state clearly in your request if the closure is for responsible gaming purposes.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. kotk reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to accounts that remain inactive beyond this period. Players will be notified by email to their registered address before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in or contact our support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

The kotk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and free from errors, kotk makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the continuous availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kotk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the kotk platform;
• Technical failures, server downtime, network outages, or data errors affecting the platform;
• Delays in crediting deposits or processing withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay;
• The actions of other players on the platform;
• Loss of profits, betting opportunities, or expected winnings resulting from platform unavailability;
• Unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain password security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kotk's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

8.1 Governing Language & Disputes

These Terms are drafted in English and the English text shall be the governing version for all purposes. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your kotk account, a bet, or a transaction, you should contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. kotk aims to resolve all player complaints within five business days. All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of these Terms.
